Hello, friend!

   Kristen Richardson, the creator and owner of What Are You Growing Thru?, LLC. Her professional roles include, coach, mental health professional, interpersonal relationship coach, personal growth trainer, blogger/writer, photographer, and hostess of the podcast series “What Are You Growing Thru?”.

   Her educational background and training includes a Bachelors in Psychology (Xavier University of Louisiana), Masters in Forensic Psychology (The Chicago School of Professional Psychology), Certifications in Sexuality Coaching & Consulting (Sexual Health Alliance), and Relationship Coaching (International Association of Professions Career College).

   She is passionate about doing work that will assist with improving the way people see themselves and feel about themselves, and their lives. Her belief is that becoming aware of your whole self is one of the first steps in reaching a better version of the self.

The Mission

   The purpose is to provide a safe space for exploration, growth, healing, and security. The mission is serve women who are seeking to gain a deeper relationship with themselves. The populations of focus (but not limited to) include Black, Indigenous and women of color, LGBTQIA community, kink community, and both monogamous and non-monogamous relationships (polyamorous, open, etc.).
