how are you feeling today?

Life can easily turn into something that you no longer feel as connected to because you feel no longer have the space to breathe, or pause, or sleep even. Even though it feels the heavy weight of everything happening around you will never let up. I am here to remind you that it is all temporary. It is a temporary feeling of disconnect and feeling like you do not have control over the direction that your life is going. The pain is temporary. The pain is a lesson. The pain is preparation.


So, tell me, honestly... How are you feeling today? Feel it. Don't run from it. Don't try to avoid it. It will only get worse if you do. You're going to need those feelings because those feelings are what is going to be what drives you.


Put the alcohol down. You don't need a drink. You need yourself. Stop canceling your therapy sessions. Stop avoiding the company of the people who care about you. Do something for yourself. The smallest thing. You know what you need, you just don't want to allow yourself the space to admit it nor actually do it.
